Zeph Budrick "Buddy" Burns is the son of Daphne Charles and Clifford Burns. His siblings were named Charles, George, Cornelia and Cornelius. It is implied that Clifford could not be his biological father as stated underneath his name in The Simpsons Uncensored Family Album.
