The Waiter is an unnamed man who works at The Slaughterhouse. Based on his accent, he presumably hailed from Texas.
History
He was the waiter for the Simpson family, except Lisa who stayed at home, when they visited the restaurant. He brought them a menu and also "refereed" the eating beef contest between Homer and Red Barclay that Homer lost. However, Red Barclay suddenly died of beef poisoning. As his body was being carried outside of the restaurant, the waiter gave a body bag to Marge, saying she should take it because Homer "has eaten a lot of beef".
