The Funeral is the ninth Simpsons short and originally aired on The Tracey Ullman Show on October 4, 1987.

Plot Edit

Bart, Lisa, and Maggie are playing when Dad and Mom tell them that there is some very sad news. The kids are informed that Uncle Hubert has passed away. The family is sad at the funeral except Bart, who is excited to see a dead body. When they get there, Bart faints at the sight of the dead body. The attendants of the funeral then carry Uncle Hubert's body in a coffon up a hill to place it in a hole. Due to the kids' bad behavior (mainly Bart), they are told by an angry Dad that they are never going to a funeral again.
