In the PS2, Wii and PSPversion, the Squidport is much smaller, and fewer tasks have to be done. Even though the Sea Captain said he would help in the cutscene, he was kidnapped by King Snorky and held hostage. Lisa only puts one electric eel into Snorky's tank, and Bart only shoots the target once, Snorky falls in and dies.
In the Xbox and PS3 version, the Squidport has more piers and more stuff. Bart and Lisa have to do different things in order to get to the hatch in this version, using all of their powers and stepping in other platforms. Lisa has to lift a Jellyfish up out of the Jellyfish tank and into an electric tank, and into King Snorky's tank, either Bart has to shoot the target three times or Lisa puts three Jellyfish into the tank.
While the Nintendo DS version does feature this stage along with the other "Treehouse of Horror"-themed stages, it simply consists of a minigame where Lisa uses her powers to fling the dolphins away before they come to shore and attack her. In the story mode, it is supposed to be done for a pre-set amount of time, but when played in Arcade Mode, it is treated as a survival-based game.
