"That Happy Cat" is the first cartoon to ever feature Scratchy. It was an early design of Scratchy. It is believed to be created by Myers senior.
Plot
Scratchy in a 20's style cartoon walks down the street. He stops and tips his hat forward. rocks backwards and forwards while whistling, then continues walking. The cartoon was 14 seconds long and did very poorly.
