Stephen Hawking is the world's smartest man who cannot talk or walk and has to use a wheelchair to move around and uses a special machine to talk. He first appeared in They Saved Lisa's Brain, and later appeared in Don't Fear the Roofer. His most current appearance was in Stop or My Dog Will Shoot where he once again used his propeller to get out of a dangerous situation. He also made a non-speaking cameo in Treehouse of Horror X.
