The Springfield Primate Institute is a building in Springfield from The Call of the Simpsons. There, Marvin Monroe, Fraumaker and two other scientists deabte over whether or not Bigfoot is human or monster. Eventually, they decide he is either a low-rate human or a brilliant beast.
