Springfield Harbor is the harbor from Springfield. It's the location of The Springfield Squares quiz show. This is also where the boat carrying all the sugar was tipped into the sea. Apparently, this was the place where people Mayor Quimby had arranged to be murdered were placed, as the secondary story in the headline for Mayor Quimby's landslide reelection (despite openly admitting to it in a stump speech) mentioned that two more bodies surfaced in the Springfield Harbor.
