The Retirement Castle Nurse is a nurse who works at the Springfield Retirement Castle, and sometimes other hospitals. She gives medicine to the old residents, not letting the old folks do anything and other boring things. She has an angry personality and is bored when she works. In earlier seasons (notably Raging Abe), she seemed dedicated to protecting the castle resident, literally firing a shotgun at the Hitman in "Raging Abe Simpson and His Grumbling Grandson in "The Curse of the Flying Hellfish".
