He was the Simpson family's waiter and mentalist during their visit at the restaurant. He brought beer to Homer and Long Island iced tea to Marge. At first, Marge was afraid about drinking it, but she didn't want to offend Questo. She drank it and eventually had more drinks.
He was later seen surfing with other citizens of Springfield.
