Proctor Perkins is the Department of Standardized Testing proctor. She only appeared once in “A Test Before Trying” and is voiced by Valerie Harper.
She is highly cynical and takes no joy in her job. She doesn't see herself as a bad person because she believes its up to the students and schools to prepare their students. Her lack of passion for her work is clear when Marge states she has been in education for a long time and her response is to buy several bottles of vodka.
