Peter Löwenbräu Griffin Sr. is the obnoxious, boisterous protagonist of the show Family Guy - a rival of The Simpsons. He has been seen a couple of times in the The Simpsons and can be seen in the Italian criminal book as a plagiarist (referring to some fans claiming that Family Guy copies The Simpsons), along with Stan Smith from American Dad!. He has a wife named Lois and five children named Chris, Meg, Stewie, Peter (deceased) and Bertram (biological son, deceased) as well as a talking dog, Brian Griffin.
Although Homer and Peter have similar flaws, Peter has more violent, sexist, racist, and anti-Semitic tendencies than Homer. He has shot his daughter, killed his father, (Although unintentionally because he was drunk) and has struck and cheated on his wife Lois on multiple occasions. He is also of Irish descent and the Roman Catholic faith, unlike Homer.
Treehouse of Horror
When Homer uses the cloning hammock, Peter Griffin is one of his mutated clones.
