Oogle is a search engine. Its name sounds like Google, but the "G" isn't said because they don't have the rights.

When Lisa was looking for information about what Springfield will be like in 50 years, she used Oogle and then clicked on four different pages.
When Homer became a deacon and Oogle was making Street Views, Bart suggested to show their butts to the camera, but Homer rejected, even though he eventually did show it in the end. When Bart fell in a coma due to being hit by a lightning Homer used Oogle to call for an ambulance.
