The Old Springfield Library is Springfield's main library, which has a serious bat problem in the filing cabinets. This library has very old books like diaries and calendars, unlike the Springfield Public Library. Lisa visits this library often. At one point, the exterior was painted to change the color from grey to brick red and a light accent color for the columns, roof and building name.
