Biography[]

An excitable risk taker with a penchant for headbutting things when he's happy, Mike Jambowski is the CEO of J-Cloud Digital Storage Solutions, a lucrative venture which helped make him a billionaire with a daily income of around $80 million. Mike and his daughter, Harper, moved to the Springfield area and Mike became the new owner of the Springfield Sports Arena. He is a single dad trying to do his best for his daughter and he gives Harper whatever she desires, leading to Harper's clash with Lisa after the two bonded over magic tricks as Harper is used to being the center of attention and always getting whatever she wants. Mike is the owner of at least six hockey teams as he buys them when he is sad and they "cost like almost nothing", especially when he is making around $80 million dollars a day. Mike's "one regret" is that he was too drunk to drive the space shuttle when he was aboard, which was the only time he had to sit in the back of anything. Mike evidently purchased Haiti and renamed it to Jambowski Island, where he can entertain guests with visits with celebrities and athletes such as swimming lessons from Michael Phelps, a buffet and dessert island, and his guests can participate in live reenactments of the golden age of piracy and sink an enemy warship. Mike owns many staples of Mr. Burns' level of wealth, such as limos, a private jet, and a yacht; the latter is named Harper's Ferry, a doting reminder of the love for his daughter.

Mike had a short-lived friendship with Homer, with the two hitting it off quite easily. Unfortunately Mike's love for Harper ultimately destroyed his friendship with Homer, as he had invited the Simpsons family out to Jambowski Island for a week long vacation and Lisa, who had previously started a feud with Harper after Harper took the spotlight at the concert and David Copperfield show the Jambowski's had invited them to, continued arguing with Harper and ruined the vacation by tattling on Harper for flipping a sea turtle onto its back. Mike asked Homer for help and told him to "just tell your kid to let my kid have her way this time, and every other time." Lisa's tears forced Homer to choose her happiness over his friendship with Mike, shocking both Mike and Harper by calling Harper "spoiled" and then he made sure the bridge was burned by getting angry and declaring that they weren't going to stay on an island with "people who push [Homer's] little girl around." Due to Homer's outburst, Mike refused to let the Simpsons leave on Harper's Ferry, instead letting them take a limo to his private plane to fly back to Springfield, he also let Homer take the $1,100 chair Mike had gifted him.
