Mike is a man who is the father of Freddy.
History
He is disgusted by the copy of the picture of Homer and Princess Kashmir that his son, Freddy, got from Milhouse. Freddy then apologizes to Mike, and he eventually gives the copy to his friend, Al Simmons.
Later, Mike made cameos in three more episodes.
