Little Italy is a district in Springfield. Both Luigi Risotto's Italian restaurant and the Springfield Mafia's hideout are located in its districts.

Milhouse who is well-known here once visited Little Italy with Lisa when he taught her how to speak Italian. Luigi came and asked him for help with translating because he spoke only "fractured English" a strong Italian accent, as did his parents.
