Thinking Homer is eyeing other women, Marge gets liposuction, only to accidentally recieve breast implants meant for another one of Mayor Quimby's bimbos.
[edit] Subplot
Bart and Milhouse see an episode from the 60's Batman guest starring Krusty the Clown, where Krusty tied the heroes onto a Merry-Go-Round. After seeing that Batman got out OK (Batman said that he was lucky he always carried his anti-carousel reversal spray in his belt), they decided to imitate the scene. Milhouse ends up puking on the American flag to the disgust of the surviving Iwo Jima soldiers, resulting in Krusty getting in trouble (again).

When Marge tries to pick Maggie up Maggie gasps and Marge's altered physique is revealed in the child's eyes.
