Kaiser Wilhelm II was a German emperor. However, his grave is on Springfield Cemetery. He supported Billy the Kid, when he terrorized Springfield in "Treehouse of Horror XIII". The real Emperor Wilhelm died at age 82 in his Dutch exile, while Adolf Hitler kept him under "Hausarrest" (German for "house arrest"). In a non-canon episode of The Simpsons, he appeared in the graveyard of Springfield.
