Junk Mail Guy is a person who answers questions received from readers in UK editions of Simpsons Comics. He answers questions in the 'Junk Mail' pages of the UK comics, and is best known by UK readers for being 'sarcastic', as he answers the questions extremely sarcastically (also, he doesn't always give you the answer you are looking for). Formally, Junk Mail Guy was 'Ned Hartly', however it is highly possible that that has changed.
