John Waters (born April 22, 1946) is an American filmmaker and actor. He voiced John in the episode "Homer's Phobia". He also appeared as an interviewee in The Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special – In 3-D! On Ice!. He is best known as the director of campy cult hits such as Pink Flamingos, Cry-Baby and Hairspray.
