According to one notable Wiggums family tree, Wiggum is the great father of Iggy Wiggum, however, Iggy Wiggum himself has stated that his great grandfather of the name "Wiggum" was (like himself) called Iggy Wiggum. If this is true, then the only place that these two contradicting family trees could possibly reconnect is at some place before Joey Wiggum S, who is confirmed by both sources to be Iggy Wiggum's father, or it is possible that Joey Wiggum S was adopted.
