Itchem the Mouse is one of the titular characters from The Itchem & Scratchem Blow, the Jamaican version of the The Itchy & Scratchy Show. Nearly identical to Itchy, this sadistic mouse constantly kills his friend Scratchem, for no reason. He is also a heavy stoner and these constantly play a part in his gruesome murders.
