Hans is a German businessman that wanted to take over the Power Plant. He was very thin, with black hair and glasses, and looked vaguely Eurasian. Along with his two associates Fritz and Horst, he bought the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant but sold it back to Mr. Burns after realizing how costly and dangerous it was to maintain it.
