Hannibal Lecter is one of the patients in the mental asylum. When Homer goes to the mental asylum because he used a pink shirt in the work. Lecter can be seen when Homer is shown the patients of the mental asylum. At lunch he uses a straw to drink because he has a counter-force jacket and a muzzle covering his mouth.
