Xoxchitla is a Brazilian actress who is the main presenter of the children's television programme, Teleboobies.
Appearances[]
Her debut was in "Marge Be Not Proud" when Krusty the Clown introduces a few people for his "Krusty Kinda Christmas" holiday special. After presenting Tom Landry, Krusty gets confused trying to pronounce Xoxchitla's name when he presents her.[1]
She returned six seasons later in "Blame It on Lisa", where she is the host of a Brazilian children's television show named Teleboobies, which amuses Bart. Later, when Bart watches her show again, Xoxchitla shows what clockwise and counterclockwise are by twirling her bra tassels in those directions. Marge and Lisa come over to watch the show with Bart, but Xoxchitla shows what on and off are by taking her bra on and off ("On top of, beneath! On top of, beneath!") while revealing her breasts, much to Marge, Lisa and Bart's surprise (but not shown to the viewer due to censorship). She is later seen performing on the Teleboobies float during the carnival, and according to Bart, she makes paying attention cool. After Lisa finds Ronaldo on the float as a flamingo, she asks Xoxchitla where his dressing room is, and she says, "That way!" while pointing her bra tassels to the right, revealing what direction the dressing room is.[2]
She made another appearance twelve seasons later in "You Don't Have to Live Like a Referee", when Bart was watching Teleboobies again. Here, Xoxchitla dances while twirling her bra tassels, but the letter "C" next to her grows an extra bar, which is an obvious erection joke, much to her shock. Bart then says that Krusty should get those letters for his show.[3]
Her recent appearance was in The Simpsons: Tapped Out, where she was a premium character that was available during the Destination Springfield 2017 event.[4]

In "Marge Be Not Proud", while getting presented by Krusty on the "Krusty Kinda Christmas" holiday special, Xoxchitla is dressed in a fur coat, winter hat, and stole, which were appropriate clothing for the winter weather.
In "Blame It on Lisa", she wears a hat with feathers, a pearl necklace, wings, pink gloves, seashell boots and a low-cut pink leotard that shows off her quite ample cleavage. Later, she wears gray pants, a hat with feathers and a bra with tassels on it, which is the same outfit she wore in "You Don't Have to Live Like a Referee".
In The Simpsons: Tapped Out, she wears the same outfit she wore during the second act of "Blame It on Lisa".
Behind the Laughter[]
Since Teleboobies is a spoof of the famous Brazilian programme, Xou da Xuxa, Xoxchitla is meant to parody the real-life show's presenter, Xuxa Meneghel–down to the double "x" in her name. Her name would be pronounced as Shosh-chee-tla in Portuguese.
