Springfield is the hub world and the setting for the fifth level in The Simpsons Game. Springfield is first accessible After the completion of the first level. Part of the town is only accessible during Shadow of the Colossal Donut.
Changes throughout game[]
- At the beginning of the game, Springfield is normal with only some rooftops accessible.
- After the completion of Mob Rules, part of the Springfield Town Hall is destroyed and aliens roam the streets.
- After the completion of Bargain Bin, only the Simpsons House is accessible.
- After the completion of the game, the town is back to normal but all rooftops are accessible because of unlocked powers.
