Mignon Billout (née DeBoeuf) was the daughter of Horst DeBoeuf and Diana LaValle. Her sisters were Eva DeBoeuf, Zsa Zsa DeBoeuf and Bébé DeBoeuf. She married Philippe Billout and was the mother of Françoise Billout.
