The Clown Car (also named "Klown Kar") is a car owned by Krusty the Clown. It's aerial has got his face on it. It's a drivable car in The Simpsons Road Rage and The Simpsons: Hit and Run. A similar car was briefly seen in Brother's Little Helper where it was crushed by a tank that was hijacked by a Focusyn-addled Bart Simpson, although it had a spring clown head on the roof.
