Hans Moleman was on life support and Dr Hibbert said that to save the cost of electricity, they should take him off. Hans Moleman asked if he had a say in this and his son told Dr. Hibbert that it was just air escaping from the body, not speech, before pulling the plug on his life support.
In "Marge and Homer Turn a Couple Play", when a Kiss Cam shows some married couples kissing, Hans is sharing a kiss with an unnamed woman, who may be his wife. She is rather old, looks very similar to Moleman (the same face, big glasses) and has a blond, straight hair.
