Similar to the couch gag forseason 11's "E-I-E-I-(Annoyed Grunt)" and season 22's "Elementary School Musical", the couch is roped off and a bouncer lets Marge, Lisa, Bart, and Maggie in, but not Homer in celebration of The Simpsons 25th season, a milestone. The end credits continue the couch gag by showing everyone in Springfield being let in (and the families from Family Guy, Bob's Burgers, American Dad!, and, after a brief protest over racism, The Cleveland Show) while Homer is still turned away, and ends up getting shocked with a tazer.
