After Bart ruins the bowl of mints by spitting them out, Lisa kicks the psychologist in the leg after scolding Bart for ruining the bowl of mints for everyone, Homer scolds the psychologist for calling Lisa a borderline psychotic, Bart shoots him with his dart gun because he dislikes him, and Lisa cuts his tie with scissors much to Marge's horror; the psychologist angrily asks them to leave his office. Once the family are outside, they break into laughter.
