Empress Zimzam is an empress.
Biography[]
She is the empress of China, though she wears a Mongolian headdress. Zimzam appeared in one of five photos Zia Simpson keeps in her Ultranet room. Her name is likely a reference to the real-world Chinese empress Wu Zetian, whilst her appearance is reminiscent of Queen Genepil, the last queen of Mongolia.
