The Employee of the Month Presenter is a man who works as an "Employee of the Month" presenter at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant.
History
He appears while Homer is loathing about on his boring day. He soon enters with balloons and a model to present Homer with the Employee of the Month award. Homer is disappointed to find out that he wins a dismal job as a chimney cleaner, where he is the actual object used for the cleaning.
