Added by BDE1982Eartha Kitt (January 17, 1927 – December 25, 2008) was an stand-up comedienne, actress, singer, voice artist, and comedienne.
Before her death, Kitt recorded a role for The Simpsons as herself where she complained about being married to Krusty the Clown. That recording was used almost a year after her death in "Once Upon a Time in Springfield."
Kitt's trademark was her cat purr.
