Christopher was a chef at Fleet-A-Pita. Presumably he is a native of a Middle Eastern nation, as his food was appreciated by the people at the franchise fair. He told the Springfield Investorettes the ingredients, but when the Fleet-a-Pita representative called him "Christopher" (presumably to distance pita from ethnic foods), he muttered to himself angrily in his native tongue and withdrew inside the van; shutting the window. Presumably that was not his true name, and his anger was that the woman did not care enough to properly identify him.
