Bus 23 is a bus shown in 500 Keys.
This bus driven across an ice bridge when it fell into the icy water. Lisa found this bus full of bodies, which on closer inspection, turned out to be mannequins placed there by Superintendent Chalmers and Principal Skinner years earlier. Nelson saw them talking about it and told Lisa when she asked about it, "That bus never came back."
