Burns' Flying Monkeys are a division of monkeys that are intended to fly.

HistoryEdit

While Homer Simpson and Mindy Simmons are staying at the Capital City Plaza Hotel, they order room service. This sets off an alarm at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. Charles Montgomery Burns retorts by sending his monkeys to fly out the window. They fail to fly and fall. Mr. Burns and Waylon Smithers, Jr. suggest more research.

TriviaEdit

This is a literal reference of The Wizard of Oz. In the film a witch does exactly as Mr. Burns, but they successfully fly.
