The Blue-haired Lawyer, is Springfield's most prominent lawyer known for his pasty face, blue hair, and nasal New York accent.

Work Edit

He is one of Mr. Burns' lawyers. Many times, he has shown up when the Simpsons are in court (usually on the opponent's side) and quite often makes good points and wins over the judge.

He also occasionally appears to serve as a prosecutor. He worked for Luvum & Burnham: Family Law in one episode, where he had a secretary named Uwa (homophone for "YOU WHA?!?!").

He is a member of the Springfield Republican Party.

Behind the Laughter Edit

Writers Al Jean and Mike Reiss have both stated on the DVD commentaries that the voice is based on McCarthy-era lawyer Roy Cohn, and animator Jim Reardon has said that he is designed to look like character actor Charles Lane,

If you compare him to Milhouse, he has striking resemblance to yet another adult version  him, plus thin glasses and tuxedo and minus the fatness, humor, voice cast and relationship with a Simpson.
