Barry White is an American soul singer.
He is the honorary Grand Marshall for Whacking Day, although is disgusted when he finds out what that the day is really for killing snakes. When he tells the crowd this, they merely cheer, which as Mayor Quimby states means they are not listening to him. He later helps Bart and Lisa draw all of the snakes to 742 Evergreen Terrace by singing his hit song "Can't Get Enough of Your Love, Babe" using his sonorous bass vocal style, with the speakers directed towards the ground. He later appears on an episode of Springfield Squares, helping everybody get into his square to escape a tidal wave.
