Air Springfield is an airline based on Springfield, USA. Its main base is at Springfield International Airport. It is purported to be the largest American operator of Airbus A340s (especially the A340-600) and even used one on their trunk, peak-hour Springfield-Chicago route. The airline seems to a bad safety record, pilots are selected for flights straight from a bar and no pilot ID is required to gain access to a cockpit. The airline recently placed an order with Boeing for 150 new 777-300ER airplanes.
