743 Evergreen Terrace is the street address of the mansion across the road from 742 Evergreen Terrace.
The mansion is a two-story building with an attic.
The path leading up to it is made up of bricks.
The ground floor has a porch outside with four bushes in front of it. There is a red door in the middle of four blue framed windows
There are two chimneys and two garages.
- Living Room
- Bathroom (Presumed)
The hall provides entrance to the mansion. It is laden with a blue carpet and links up to the living room.
The living room contains a dark red couch and a coffee table. There is a cyan colored carpet and a portrait of a yacht. There are also several bookshelves and magazines.
The study was where George Bush worked on his memoirs. It was formerly a garage, this is clear by the doors' shapes and the room's positioning in accordance to the rest of the house. It has many garden supplies, such as a drivable lawnmower and a regular lawn mower. The latter was used by Bart to (inadvertently) destroy Bush's memoirs.
There are many cupboards and shelves for storing food and utensils. There is a light blue microwave and an oven. One of the shelves has slots for wine bottles. The curtains are white.
The bed has a checkered pink pattern on it and has light-grey pillows. There are two bookshelves, one on each side. There is a bedside shelf with a telephone and a mug on. There is a log fireplace with a red armchair. Near to the bed is a wardrobe.
- The mansion appears several times throughout Season 7, but for one reason or another, it never appears again.
- The mansion appears as a limited time building in The Simpsons: Tapped Out as part of the 4th of July 2015 update. In-Game it is called the Presidential Estate.
- In the Simpsons Episode "Homer the Vigilante" when Homer calls the Police to report a robbery, Chief Wiggum says that the address of the Simpsons is "743 Evergreen terrace" where the correct address is 742.
